Job Description

Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current state SLP licensure/certification (or eligibility to obtain) Proven experience working in pediatric or school settings Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches for various age groups and needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs Provide direct therapy services to students, supporting language, fluency, articulation, and social skills Work closely with educators, administrators, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings Offer ongoing support, resources, and education to staff and families This position offers the chance to expand your professional skills and make a lasting difference in a childs academic and personal growth.
