Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist in an educational setting near Saratoga Springs, NY! This rewarding, full-time contract position supports students across the full school year, allowing you to foster significant growth and progress in their communication skills. Whether you're an experienced SLP-CCC or a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) seeking strong supervision, you'll find the resources and encouragement needed to excel in your role. As part of a supportive, collaborative school environment, you'll have the opportunity to:
Qualifications & Skills:
Hold or be eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical internships considered A commitment to fostering language, speech, and communication growth for diverse student populations Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with educators and families
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in early childhood and school-aged classrooms Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practice Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust therapies as needed Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to develop strategies for classroom integration and skill generalization Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough, insightful reports Clinical Fellows receive dedicated supervision and support to advance skills and work toward full certification
