This contract, full-time opportunity spans the full school year and is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making meaningful progress with children. Located near Troy, NY, you'll work with a supportive team in an inclusive learning environment dedicated to early childhood education. Both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)-credentialed applicants are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available for CFs, ensuring mentorship and growth under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active New York SLP license, or eligibility to obtain ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted Experience, coursework, or strong interest in early childhood or pediatric speech services Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents Strong communication and organizational skills Position Responsibilities Deliver speech and language therapy to children in an early childhood setting Assess students' needs, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress Collaborate with educational teams and caregivers to develop strategies for classroom use Maintain timely records and assist with IEP development and implementation Participate in school meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development This position offers the satisfaction of helping young learners overcome challenges while developing your skills among dedicated colleagues.
