Desired Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid Ohio SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply Familiarity with pediatric caseloads and educational settings Prior teletherapy experience highly valued Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with families and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals Deliver services through both in-person and virtual platforms, as needed Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student growth Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team strategies This contract position offers you the chance to make a lasting difference in students' lives while developing your professional skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
