Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions using standardized assessments and clinical observations Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals Implement therapeutic techniques to improve communication skills and swallowing safety Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises to reinforce therapy outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, audiologists, occupational therapists, and educators to ensure holistic patient care Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with healthcare regulations Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant jurisdiction Proven experience in speech therapy practice across diverse age groups and clinical settings preferred Strong knowledge of physiology related to speech production and swallowing mechanisms Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to diagnosis and treatment planning Solid understanding of anatomy related to the head, neck, and respiratory systems involved in speech and swallowing functions Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate patients and collaborate effectively with team members Join us in transforming lives through expert communication care!
