Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into an opportunity to make a lasting impact supporting K-8 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting near Columbus, OH. Serving a focused caseload of 18 students, you'll bring your expertise to help children unlock their full communication potential—fostering growth and confidence as they progress through the school year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology CurrentSLP - CCC
credential State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure) Experience providing SLP services in educational and/or pediatric settings Strong collaboration and communication skillsResponsibilities:
Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy for K-8 students, ensuring all services meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals Manage a caseload of 18 students, providing a total of 2,700 service minutes per quarter Utilize a variety of techniques and evidence-based interventions to support students with diverse speech and language needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress with regular data collection and documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success Maintain compliance with school and district policies as well as state and federal regulations This position offers a flexible commitment of up to 20 hours per week, allowing you to make a meaningful difference while maintaining work-life balance.
