9685315-43318 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in a dynamic educational environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving a student population near the De Graff and Sidney, OH area. This contract position starts as part-time with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours, based on compensatory service needs. The assignment runs from ASAP through the end of January, with a strong possibility to extend through the remainder of the school year. Ideal candidates have experience in pediatric and school-based SLP settings and are committed to supporting students' communication growth. Both seasoned SLP-CCCs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply, including those open to traveling roles.
Desired Credentials & Experience:
Active Ohio SLP license (required) Background in schools, including
SLP-CFY, SLP-CCC
roles, or pediatric settings Ability to quickly adapt to varied caseloads as details evolve Willingness to work in a part-time position with flexibility regarding potential for additional hours Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Positive, student-focused attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a K-12 school environment Provide both direct therapy and indirect support in accordance with students IEPs Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize services Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district regulations Participate in team meetings and ongoing caseload reviews What to
