Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Are you a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with your CCC, looking for a unique and flexible opportunity? This contract position offers a rewarding way to make a positive impact with a minimal time commitment near Delaware, OH. Serve a single school as part of the extended school year (ESY) program, supporting one student who requires a targeted 25-minute session per week.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure for Ohio, or eligibility to obtain before the start date Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred Strong communication skills with a student-centered, compassionate approach
Responsibilities:
Conduct one 25-minute direct therapy session per week with the assigned student Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized student goals Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards Provide expert recommendations and family support as needed Commit to the ESY schedule: June 8 - 26 and July 13 - 31 This position is designed for flexibility and suits professionals seeking to supplement their current caseload, semi-retirees, or anyone wanting to maintain practice connections with minimal weekly hours.
