This full-time contract opportunity will allow you to work with a diverse K12 population, tailoring support to each students needs. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned based on your experience and interests, spanning from early intervention through elementary grades, and addressing a range of speech and language challenges from moderate to profound. What were looking for:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP preferred or eligible) Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school-based or early childhood settings Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Adaptability and compassion in supporting students with a variety of needs across K12 grade levels What youll do: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both one-on-one and in small groups Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support children with a range of abilities, from moderate to profound, tailoring interventions accordingly In return for your dedication, youll enjoy competitive weekly pay ranging from $40 to $60 an hour, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and a 401(k) plan with company matching.
