9640611-43016 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting students by providing speech-language services at a school setting near Dublin, OH. This full-time contract opportunity (37.5 hours per week) calls for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist eager to foster communication growth and academic success. You'll work within a collaborative educational environment, serving students with diverse communication needs while helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active SLP license for the state Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs considered Experience in school settings or working with school-aged children a plus Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct speech therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students progress Document student growth, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Support initiatives that cultivate inclusive, communicative classroom environments Consult with staff and train to enhance classroom communication strategies This contract role offers a maximum pay of $100 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
