Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Previous school-based experience preferred, though strong clinical SLPs may be considered Understanding of K-12 educational settings and age-appropriate interventions Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Deliver direct therapy services within the classroom or designated therapy setting Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain up-to-date and accurate records and documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
