Qualifications:

Must have appropriate, valid certification or license to practice speech/language therapy as recognized by the Ohio Department of Education. Specific skills in delivery of speech/language therapy services. Thorough knowledge, understanding, and appreciation for the nature of working with children with autism. Basic minimal skill in use of sign language or finger spelling. Possess a scholarly competence in the structure and content of special education programs in addition to related State and Federal policies, procedures, and laws.
