What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality evaluations and treatments for residents in our SNF/LTC community Develop individualized, goal-driven treatment plans Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional resident care Document services accurately and timely

Current SLP/CCC licensure in Ohio Strong clinical skills and dedication to person-centered care Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working PRN hours Passion for serving the geriatric population
