Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid licensure and registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to culturally competent and inclusive practices

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs Deliver direct therapy and intervention both individually and in groups Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support holistic student development Track student progress and document outcomes in accordance with school guidelines Participate in IEP meetings, helping to shape goals and provide recommendations Offer guidance and resources to school staff and families to facilitate student success
