Job Description

Your expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology will be the key to helping students overcome speech, language, and communication challenges. Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations in a school or clinical setting Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a variety of communication disorders Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
What Youll Do:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual or small group sessions Track progress, maintain accurate records, and document outcomes clearly Engage with teachers, caregivers, and other support staff to recommend strategies and resources Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team discussions Support inclusive practices and collaborate on accommodations within the classroom Youll have an opportunity to use your knowledge and compassion to impact students livesequipping them with the tools and confidence to succeed.
