Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by supporting communication and language development in a dynamic K-12 school setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist who thrives in educational environments and seeks a balanced workload. You'll work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, delivering both direct and indirect services to a diverse student population from August 11, 2026, through May 20, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech Language Pathology in Oklahoma Experience within school settings or a strong interest in educational therapy Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while partnering with teachers, parents, and administrators
Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain documentation as required Deliver services both in-person and through consultative models as needed Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student success Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
