Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Speech Language Pathologist in an engaging school setting near Mustang, OK. This full-time contract assignment spans the academic year, beginning August 11, 2026, and concluding May 20, 2027. Your focus will be on providing both direct and indirect speech services, with guaranteed weekly hours and no extras outside your contracted schedule—allowing you to dedicate your expertise where it counts most.
Ideal candidates possess:
Active or eligible Oklahoma licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered) Prior experience in school-based speech therapy (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families A passion for fostering growth and communication skills across K-12 grade levels The ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals In this vital role, you'll: Deliver direct therapy to students and conduct assessments Draft and manage IEP documentation in compliance with district and state standards Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress Provide consultative support and recommendations to school staff Participate in eligibility evaluations and contribute to student success planning You'll enjoy the security of guaranteed hours and the clarity of a contract that keeps your responsibilities focused strictly on your caseload—no additional duties like bus or parent pick-up.
