Job Description

Job Summary Therapy InSync is a growing pediatric private practice located in Newcastle, Oklahoma, seeking a compassionate, motivated and initiative driven Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. We are passionate about providing individualized, family-centered therapy services in a collaborative and supportive environment. We welcome experienced clinicians as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) and encourage motivated new graduates to apply. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with speech, language, feeding, articulation, phonological, fluency, voice, and/or social communication disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills and swallowing function Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy approaches accordingly to maximize outcomes Educate families on home exercises and strategies to support ongoing development outside of therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Prior experience working with pediatric populations in school settings or early intervention programs is highly preferred Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy related to speech and swallowing functions, and medical terminology Experience conducting patient assessments and flexibility in developing and modifying targeted intervention strategies Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families Strong work ethic and professional accountability Willingness to take initiative and contribute positively to a growing team environment time-management skills Passion for providing high-quality pediatric therapy services Join us in empowering children through innovative speech-language therapy! $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
