A public school district in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) for the upcoming school year. This is a strong opportunity to complete your Clinical Fellowship in a supportive, collaborative K-12 environment with structured supervision and mentorship. Position Overview Full-time, Monday-Friday (35-40 hours/week) Onsite role serving PreK-12 students (assignment based on district needs) Supervision provided by a licensed SLP to support CF completion Full school-year contract with potential for renewal Caseload Details Average caseload: 40-60 students (varies by site) Students with mild to moderate communication needs Areas of service include: Articulation & phonological disorders Receptive/expressive language delays Social/pragmatic communication needs Fluency and voice disorders Possible exposure to: Autism spectrum disorders AAC/assistive communication devices Early childhood and elementary populations

Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement IEP goals Provide direct therapy (individual and small group) Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain documentation and compliance with state and district guidelines Oklahoma State Requirements (SLP-CF) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Eligibility for Oklahoma SLP Licensure through the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship (CF) year Must obtain appropriate Oklahoma teaching certification or school credential depending on district requirements through the Oklahoma State Department of Education Passing the Praxis exam typically required for full certification/licensure Required background checks (state and federal fingerprinting clearance) What We're Looking For Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for working with children in school settings Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to completing Clinical Fellowship requirements #p34
