Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Owasso, Oklahoma

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 academic year in Owasso, OK. This contract position serves an elementary school with a caseload primarily consisting of students from Pre-K through 5th grade. The SLP will work within a collaborative environment, supported by a part-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to help deliver effective speech and language services. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive assessments and individualized therapy for approximately 50 students, focusing on speech and language development appropriate for early childhood to elementary-aged children. The SLP will develop and implement treatment plans, monitor student progress, and collaborate with educators and families to support communication goals.

Qualifications and experience desired:

Valid SLP certification with CCC credentials preferred Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in early childhood and elementary students Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with support staff Familiarity with working alongside SLPA professionals to enhance service delivery Commitment to providing culturally responsive and evidence-based therapy
