Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing disorders (as training and expertise allows)
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other communication challenges.
  • Collaborate with families to educate and involve them in therapy goals and home programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and insurance requirements.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with occupational therapists and other professionals as needed.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by ASHA and state licensing board. Qualifications and Education Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state license & ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)Pediatric experience preferred; clinical fellowship applicants may be considered. Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families.
  • Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and adapt therapy techniques to individual needs.
  • Familiarity with AAC devices and feeding therapy is a plus but not required.
