  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join a dynamic team in Tulsa, OK.
In this vital role, you will provide expert speech therapy services to pediatric patients, supporting their communication, language, and swallowing needs. Your expertise will help children achieve their developmental milestones and improve their quality of life through personalized assessment and intervention strategies. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric populations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and developmental stage Deliver engaging speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote effective communication skills Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care and support for patients' progress Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to optimize outcomes Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards Educate caregivers and school personnel on strategies to support ongoing speech and language development at home and in educational settings Requirements Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the relevant state or country Proven experience working with pediatric populations, especially within schools or early intervention programs Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, physiology, anatomy relevant to speech production, and medical terminology Experience conducting patient assessments and developing targeted intervention plans Familiarity with early intervention practices and the ability to adapt therapy for different developmental levels Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educational staff Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a compassionate approach toward patient care Hours Monday-Thursday
  • 8am-5pm Fridays 7:30am-12:00pm Pay $35
