Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity by providing essential speech-language services to K-12 students during the upcoming school year. As a full-time Speech Language Pathologist, you'll work 37.5 hours per week, supporting students' communication development and collaborating with educational teams. This school-based position begins August 11, 2026, and concludes May 20, 2027, making it ideal for dedicated professionals seeking both structure and impact in their careers.
Key Qualifications:
Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY and CCC accepted) Experience supporting K-12th grade students in an educational setting is a plus Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment Ability to deliver both direct and indirect services efficiently
What You'll Do:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for student success Maintain thorough documentation as required by the school and state regulations Engage in regular progress monitoring and adjust interventions as needed Enjoy guaranteed weekly hours and compensation for both direct and indirect services Focus exclusively on therapy tasks, with no additional district duties such as bus or cafeteria supervision
