Position:
Full-time with benefits
Hours:
32 to 36 if desired
Place:
Clinic and telehealth.
Schedule:
We typically block 1 hour per session, but time spent in therapy varies
Pay:
You will be paid a direct rate (time spent with patients) and indirect rate (paperwork, cancellations, no shows).
Population:
Adults. The majority of our patients have a history of concussion/TBI, Parkinson's, stroke, MCI, and dementia. Requirements ASHA license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid OR state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting with adults as a speech therapist. Punctuality and time-management skills Outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Form genuine trusting and meaningful relationships with patients and their family members. Provide speech therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing skills and patient care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to medical terminology standards. Manage time effectively to ensure all patients receive appropriate care within scheduled sessions.
