Desired Background and Qualifications:

Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in pediatric or school-based speech therapy preferred Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans for communication disorders Knowledge of special education regulations and IEP process Excellent communication skills to foster collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning
