Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise will be highly valued as you provide impactful therapy services within the school community.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Oregon Open to Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC or those completing their CFY Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and progress monitoring Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, staff, and families Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals Collaborate with educators and parents to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all district, state, and federal guidelines Enjoy the flexibility of a contract assignment in a beautiful area, engaging with supportive colleagues and diverse student populations.
