Job Description

Our team is looking for a motivated leader who is enthusiastic about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and is ready to grow . Previous work in an administrative role in a caregiving facility is strongly preferred and general proficiency in reading, writing, math, budgeting, and computer savvy are essential . Experience raising children or working with the mentally or behaviorally challenged will set you up for success. General Responsibilities :
Support daily administrative and operational functions of the agency Assist with quality assurance reviews, tracking, and follow-up Help coordinate staff screenings, interviews, and onboarding Track employee trainings, certifications, and compliance requirements Assist leadership with organizational tasks and documentation Help maintain accurate records, files, and data systems Document creation Support communication between leadership, management, and staff teams Assist with scheduling coordination and staffing support as needed Help identify and address areas needing improved efficiency, organization, or compliance Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture ​
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in a related field. 1 Year Experience in Care Facility Administration preferred Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills 18 years or older Ability to pass criminal background check Valid driver's license, good driving history Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc. File management skills General computer proficiency Parental experience is preferred Education /
Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, equivalent experience working in IDD residential/group home services will also be strongly considered. Experience with document creation, ISP implementation, and PBSP review and oversight preferred. Knowledge using Therap for MARs, ISP tracking, and daily service documentation beneficial.

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
