$68/hour ?? Opportunity Overview We are seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year across beautiful Lane County, Oregon . This is a unique opportunity to work in a mix of Eugene/Springfield metro schools and nearby rural districts , giving you flexibility in your preferred setting.

Opportunities are available for both:

Life Skills programs in Eugene/Springfield Rural school districts throughout Lane County (such as Marcola, Pleasant Hill, and surrounding areas) Some roles may involve supporting multiple school sites during the week, offering variety in your day-to-day experience. ?? Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Contract Length:

9 months (school year)

Time Off:

School holidays and breaks off ????? Role Responsibilities Conduct student evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide speech and language therapy services Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with care plans and guidelines Collaborate with educators and school staff to support student success ? Qualifications Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Oregon CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on assignment) Knowledge of professional standards and best practices Ability to work with diverse student populations Comfortable working in a range of school environments, including Life Skills classrooms Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements ??
