Qualifications:
Active Oregon SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) highly preferred Experience with pediatric and/or school-based caseloads, particularly at the high school or secondary level Strong understanding of IEP documentation and the special education process Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for high school students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports in line with school and district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on speech/language concerns and goals Support student participation and success in the classroom by delivering direct and consultative services Communicate with families and caregivers regarding student progress, strategies, and resources
