This contract position is available immediately and will continue until a district-hired replacement is secured. You'll play a key role in helping students thrive in their educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

Hold a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as required to work in schools Previous school-based SLP experience highly desirable Skilled at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and time management abilities Comfortable working with diverse populations and a full range of speech/language issues

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret results Develop, implement, and update IEPs for students requiring speech-language services Provide direct therapy to students with a variety of speech and language disorders Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student achievement Maintain clear and timely records of student progress and interventions Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment Stay current with best practices and professional development in the field Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, allowing you to make an impact during your workday while maintaining meaningful work-life balance.
