Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in a school setting highly valued Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver in-person speech and language therapy to K-12 students Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate student records and progress reports Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies within the classroom Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
