Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Take on a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role focuses on serving pediatric populations in a dynamic school setting, helping students build vital communication skills and achieve academic success. Your expertise will be valued as you collaborate with educational teams, engage with families, and tailor therapy interventions for a diverse range of needs. The position provides guaranteed hours and competitive compensation, recognizing the commitment and impact you bring to student wellness.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Active SLP licensure and CCC credentials Previous experience in pediatrics and/or a school-based environment Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP development Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Dedication to fostering student growth, equity, and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to K-12 students Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity of care Maintain detailed documentation and progress notes Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
