Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or K12 educational settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs Work closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate records, document services, and contribute to IEP meetings as required Foster an engaging, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic environment
