This opportunity is perfect for dedicated professionals ready to support students' communication growth and academic success. Whether you're a Clinical Fellow (CFY) or have your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), your expertise will help elevate student achievement and confidence.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Eligibility for or possession of ASHA CCC or be pursuing CFY Prior school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are also encouraged Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaborative skills Compassion for working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Deliver direct therapy services and provide consultative support within the school setting Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
