The ideal candidate will primarily focusing on pediatric patients, to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care, early intervention strategies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and educational staff to support the communication needs of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities in patients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs. Implement evidence-based speech therapy interventions tailored to each patient's goals. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment for the patient's development. Provide education and resources to families regarding speech and language development. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory standards. Experience Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist. Experience working in pediatrics is preferred, particularly in school settings or early intervention programs. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques related to speech therapy.
