Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Elevate your career as a Speech Language Pathologist working directly with K-12 and early childhood special education students. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children aged 3-5, supporting their communication development and school readiness. With a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, you'll enjoy consistent hours while engaging with a diverse and rewarding caseload in a dynamic educational setting.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current and valid Oregon SLP license Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school environment Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere for students of varying abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy to students across K-12 settings, including children ages 3-5 in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with district and state guidelines Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to optimize student progress and support student goals Maintain thorough documentation on student progress, treatment plans, and compliance with all regulations Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional learning to enhance service quality Enjoy the security and support of a contract position while receiving valuable employee benefits, including competitive weekly pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
