Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Comfortable providing individualized and group therapy within a school setting Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students from diverse backgrounds Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans tailored to students' individual needs Maintain and update detailed documentation for compliance and progress monitoring Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers Deliver consultative support and training to staff regarding language and communication strategies In this role, compensation ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, reflecting your specialized skills and dedication.
