Key qualifications and experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state Speech Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Enthusiasm for fostering growth and building relationships with students, staff, and families Primary responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy to students with a range of communication disorders Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes Monitor and document student progress, preparing clear and timely reports Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement Support inclusion and create engaging, effective therapy activities that motivate young learners As you work alongside educators and families, your contributions will make a tangible difference in students' lives, empowering them to reach their full potential.
