Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Job Description Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based contract opportunity in the Redmond, Oregon area. This position offers the chance to work with students across a variety of grade levels, providing comprehensive speech and language services that help learners overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success. The ideal candidate will bring a student-centered approach and a passion for collaboration within an educational setting. Responsibilities Assess students for speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to support student goals Contribute to IEP development and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements Skills Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively and prioritize tasks Knowledge of evidence-based speech-language intervention strategies Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills Qualifications Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) certification or eligibility preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows eligible for supervision are encouraged to apply Knowledge of special education laws and compliance standards Education Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university Completion of all state licensure requirements Experience School-based experience preferred but not required Pediatric therapy experience is a plus New graduates and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply Benefits (Sunbelt Staffing) Competitive weekly pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with investment options Licensing and credentialing assistance Professional development opportunities Dedicated recruiter support from application through assignment completion Work Hours 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM 40 hours per week #p34
