A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Weeks Schedule:
Day Shift Monday-Friday 5×8-hour shifts
Mileage Reimbursement:
Provided in addition to standard compensation What You'll Need Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent Active Oregon Speech Pathologist License Current BLS (or CPR) Certification Valid Driver's License Must be at least 21 years of age ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Home Health experience preferred What You'll Do Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and treatment strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary home health teams Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting Why You'll Love This Assignment Monday-Friday schedule No hospital setting—provide one-on-one patient care in the home Mileage reimbursement Greater autonomy and flexibility in your workday Beautiful Oregon Coast with beaches, hiking, and outdoor recreation #Workwolf
