Job DescriptionPT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a part-time Speech Pathologist in our Woodburn location (Legacy Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation).Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficultiesDevelop and implement effective treatment programsProvide counseling to patients and patient's families about the results of testing and recommended treatment optionsEstablish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatmentMaintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visitsCollaborate and delegate duties to support personnel as appropriateMaintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelinesQualificationsLicensed SLPStrong, disciplined work ethicDedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic processAbility to communicate with a wide range of patient personalitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethicsDemonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment modalitiesCPR and first aid certification are preferred

Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
