Kirkland Village | Bethlehem, PA Benchmark Therapies is looking for a Full-Time or PRN SLPs to join our team at Kirkland Village, a senior living community in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This could be a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care. Our clinicians are trusted to use their judgment, build strong relationships, and focus on helping residents stay safe, active, confident, and independent. What You'll Do Complete speech therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care Help residents improve cognition, language, and swallowing skills and Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support each resident's goals Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program Active Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing A genuine interest in working with older adults Strong communication and collaboration skills A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care What You'll Find at Benchmark Benchmark Therapies has provided therapy services to senior living communities for more than 20 years.
