Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time School Position Bridgeport, PA | 2026-2027 School Year Support Communication. Inspire Student Success. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in the Bridgeport area for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This opportunity offers a structured schedule, consistent caseload, and the support of a collaborative team focused on student growth. Position Overview In this role, you'll provide speech and language services to students in a school setting, helping them develop communication skills essential for academic success and everyday interactions. Full-time schedule aligned with school hours School-based caseload with a variety of needs Collaborative work environment with educators and specialists Core Responsibilities Deliver therapy services aligned with student IEP goals Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families Maintain accurate documentation and compliance Schedule & Work Environment Monday-Friday school schedule No evenings or weekends School holidays and breaks off Team-oriented, supportive setting What We Offer Competitive compensation with optional spread pay (12-month pay structure) W-2 employment options Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Retirement plan options CEU access and professional development Materials stipend Licensure reimbursement Clinical Advisory Team for ongoing mentorship Dedicated Client Services Manager Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or ability to obtain) ASHA CCCs preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply Why Join PDS?
