Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students' communication skills in a dynamic school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This contract position offers you the chance to work with primarily secondary students, with the potential to serve older elementary students as needs arise. Enjoy the flexibility of a 2-day-per-week schedule, helping you balance professional growth with personal commitments. While the final school calendar is pending, you can expect the assignment to start in late August and conclude around late May or early June.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP Experience working in a school setting preferred, especially with secondary students Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate case records and compliance documentation Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students on caseload Adapt interventions as needed to ensure student success
