Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clarion Nursing and Rehab, a dedicated healthcare provider, seeks a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team on a Per Diem basis. Our facility, located in Clarion, Pennsylvania, United States , prides itself on providing individualized care and attention to each patient, and we are excited to welcome a talented professional like you to our team. About the
Role:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at Clarion Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require speech, language, and swallowing therapy to overcome communication and swallowing disorders. You will design and implement personalized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and provide therapy services to patients in our skilled nursing facility. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive and supportive environment for our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated SLP to join us in this mission.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized speech, language, and swallowing therapy plans for patients Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to identify communication and swallowing disorders Provide therapy services to patients, including speech, language, and swallowing therapy sessions Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and treatment plans Document patient progress and outcomes, as required Participate in patient care conferences and education programs
