Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in early childhood education as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a preschool program serving students aged 3 to 5 years with special education needs. This on-site opportunity, based in the New Oxford and Gettysburg areas, focuses on supporting young learners in Adams County through itinerant service delivery. You'll benefit from a structured preschool stretch calendar (188 days per year), and receive weekly dedicated paperwork time to support your documentation and planning responsibilities. Your role will involve traveling between sites, working no more than 35 hours per week (8:00 am - 3:30 pm), and collaborating closely with other educational and therapy professionals. All necessary materials, including a laptop, iPad, lesson plan subscriptions, and testing kits, will be provided to support your success and creativity in delivering evidence-based interventions.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid Pennsylvania SLP license (must be presented with your application) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required; strong Clinical Fellows considered if supervision is agency-covered School-based or pediatric experience is highly preferred Familiarity with preschool populations and special education practices Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Commitment to providing in-person (not virtual) services
