AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team full-time at Tandem Living in Lancaster, PA. Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Complete timely and accurate documentation. Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and progress. Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards.Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current Pennsylvania SLP License (or eligibility to obtain). Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but CF candidates may be considered depending on facility needs. Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred, but not required.
