Our dynamic team has an immediate opening for a contract Pediatric Speech Therapist(s) to provide early intervention services to children under 3 yrs of age in Berks and Lancaster PA counties. Step By Step Pediatric Therapy is a therapist owned private practice that has been providing comprehensive services for young children and their families for over 25 years. Our therapists and special instructors are extremely qualified and knowledgable working with young children and their families, with 90% of the team having over 10 years experience, and many with 15+ years. We are currently serving children in early intervention in the following counties: Berks, Lebanon, Lancaster.

Skills Needed:

Must be a Master's level Speech Language Pathologist with experience working with infants and toddlers. We provider services in the home and community using a coaching model. Experience with feeding/swallowing, augmentative communication, PECS, sign, articulation, autism preferred, but will provide mentoring. Will consider a new grad. with strong pediatric experience and completed
