Qualifications:

PA SLP License 2 year of experience in LTC preferred but not required Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct regular screening of residents to figure out the best intervention or treatment for each individual patient. Evaluate residents to develop treatment plans and establish short- and long-term goals to achieve the desired outcome. Interpret and communicate evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, families and other team members. Conduct therapy according to established treatment plan and ensure proper documentation and billing of therapy services Follow all companies policies and procedures
