9689472-17543 Job Description Step into a meaningful opportunity supporting high school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role available immediately and continuing through at least January 15th, 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered. Previous experience working with a high school student population in a school setting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to high school students in accordance with IEP goals. Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders. Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all services delivered and progress updates. Collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and families to support student outcomes. Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to eligibility discussions, and recommend services as needed. Deliver consultation and strategy recommendations to support teachers and classroom environments.
